it was a forested area and I have cleared the trees but now I have a platform of weeds that I need to convert to grass for a childrens play area. What is the best way of quickly converting this into a lush grassy play area
I am reclaiming some weed infested land - what is the best way to eradicate and plant grass?
in texas we use roundup, or disk an harrow like above.
check out 'buffalo grass' to see if that is good replacement.

Reply:disc it up, weed and feed real good, and then plant new grass seed or sod, keep it moist till it starts growing
