What is causing this rash?

My 18 month old daughter has developed a rash over the last week and a half, a few days ago it cleared up for a little bit and then came back again 2 days later. I am thinking it might be a food allergy and trying to weed it out by the process of eliminating things from her diet and seeing how it goes. There is one thing I am suspicious of and it is Milo, she has been having warm milo most mornings for 2 weeks and so I have stopped giving it to her since yesterday, the rash seems a little lighter but only time will tell, I am wondering if you have an idea of what it is in Milo that could cause the reaction or do you think it is possible she is just allergic to Milo?

What is causing this rash?
Milo is made predominantly from milk, chocolate, and malt. Any one of the three could be causing the allergy. If you can't figure it out on your own, you may wish to take her to an allergist for testing.

For some types of milk allergies, symptoms begin quickly after ingesting cow's milk. Reactions mainly affect the skin, causing eczema or hives.

Food allergies to cocoa or other chocolate ingredients can cause a variety of different symptoms including:

Headache

Heartburn

Rectal itching

Hives

Skin rashes

Confusion

Breathing problems

Symptoms of allergies to malt can include a rash or itching
