Please help me translate this poem into easy to understand english?

Hi i need some help translating this poem into something easier to understand. I have already tried for a few hours but i just can't do it. Even if you don't really know the whole thing i would like you to tell me because it might help me figure out other parts of the poem. Thank you!

Night

by Louise Bogan

The Cold remote islands

And the blue estuaries

Where what breathes, breathes

The restless wind of the inlets

And what drinks, drinks

The incoming tide;

Where shell and weed

Wait upon the salt wash of the sea,

And the clear nights of stars

Swing their lights westward

To set behind the land;

Where the clinging to the rocks

Renews itself forever;

Where, again on cloudless nights,

The water reflects

the firmament's partial setting;

-O remember

In your narrowing dark hours

That more things move

Than blood in the heart.

Thank You!!!

Please help me translate this poem into easy to understand english?
When it is dark we hear the beat of our own heart,

It is easy to be consumed by our own thoughts and feelings.

But you should look at the bigger picture,

And the bigger plan.

Look at lonely islands that are visited only by nature--

The tide rolls in, the wind blows, the tide rolls out.

You, like the island are subject to the rules of nature,

But never think that you are the only bit which is important.

Feel secure that there is a plan and a rhythm for your life.

These are night time thoughts and tomorrow you will welcome

The distractions of the busy day.
Reply:The Cold remote islands - cold islands far away

And the blue estuaries - inlets of the sea

Where what breathes, breathes - whatever can live there does

The restless wind of the inlets - Wind is blowing first from one direction to another

And what drinks, drinks

The incoming tide; - only salt water to drink

Where shell and weed

Wait upon the salt wash of the sea, - primitive sea life lives there

And the clear nights of stars

Swing their lights westward

To set behind the land; - Through out the night

Where the clinging to the rocks

Renews itself forever; - The life there goes on

Where, again on cloudless nights,

The water reflects

the firmament's partial setting; - the rocks and the water are forever

-O remember

In your narrowing dark hours

That more things move

Than blood in the heart.

You should remember even at night when you are fearful that life goes own all around you - even in places were it is very hard to live - so you should have hope.
