Grass killer that won't harm flowers?

Is there something I can spray/sprinkle/ add to my flower beds that will kill the grass and weeds, but not harm the plants and flowers? And what's the easiest way to clear a grassy spot to make a flower bed?

Grass killer that won't harm flowers?
Weed-Aside

Weed-Aside, a blend of naturally occurring fatty acids kills annual weeds in a few hours to 2 days. Affects only plants it touches, so if used with care, it won't harm your garden plants. Won't stain brick or paving.

Use a tiller to clear a space.
Reply:No. So sorry. You can prep the area prior to planting which is best. A rototiller can turn the soil and weed and grass removal is easy. With established flowers, soak the ground and manually remove the weeds and grass. Even natural weed and grass killers are not safe for adjacent flowers. Have a nice day and you can do this. Just put 30 minutes a day in and in just 2 weeks, all will be cleared. Have a great garden.
Reply:You can fill the flowerbeds with bark.

Easiest way is to dig.
