If you want to bring your sugar down, don't eat at all that day before the exam. But, this will only affect an accucheck glucose test. If they do an hb1ac, they can see how you've managed your blood glucose for the past few months. That's the cheater buster, there's not much you can do to change that besides exercise and start eating right.

It takes 30 days to completely clear your system of marijuana. So, this being the middle of November, yes you should be ok.
Reply:do lots of excercise like let ur sweat fill buckets and eat low carb foods. o ona diet or something... dont worry ur system is clear from the weed.
Reply:Is this for a new policy?? I do hope your glucose has been in check for about 3 months now because they will do blood draw for A1c among other things.

I recommend you change your lifestyle habits and start eating low carb and exercising a lot if you are prediabetic. You do need to drop a few pounds anyway. I also recommend you never smoke dope any more!! It is so detrimental to health as to not even being funny.
Reply:Lot's of exercise, no carbohydrate intake, and drink lot's of water.
